A Substitute for Batteries
The National University of Singapore's Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Initiative (NUSNNI), have made an upgrade to batteries. They call it an energy-storage membrane. The membrane lets you use more energy each and costs less than regular batteries. A battery is 2.5 watts/hour for a dollar and a membrane is 10-20 per hour for one dollar. I think this very helpful and can save you a lot of money. The NUSNNI is going to try to commercial it soon. For the full article, click here.
